Cancellation: Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged if less than 7 days before date of arrival. If canceled or modified before, cancellation is free.

Prepayment: The reservation is only confirmed after payment of 50% of the stay.

Security Deposit: A security deposit of EUR 200/400 (up to 4/8 people respectively) may be required upon arrival.

Taxes and service charges: 6% VAT included. A city tax may apply.

Agreement: By proceeding with your reservation, you agree that you have read and accepted the common reservation, privacy and service policies.

Services common policies

Pets are not allowed in the buildings. 

Please, do not smoke inside the apartment or room. If we verify the smell of smoking, a fee of 50 euros will be applied. 

Any damage without justification and any missing objects such as decoration, sheets, pillows, or towels can justifiably be charged. 

You can checkout until 11h00. If you want to extend your checkout time, please check the availability with the staff. Otherwise you will be charged a 30 euro fee for each block of 2 hours. 

We don’t take responsibility for any items left unattended in the common areas. 

If you come across any problem in the apartment or room, please let us know so we can solve it as quickly as possible.
